Overview

FAM-TC is an integrated Facility Management solution designed to help organizations efficiently manage their facilities, service operations, people, assets, and processes through a centralized database and two complementary applications:

• Web Application: Used to create, configure, assign, monitor, and follow up on customer requests, work orders, and facility operations.
• Smartphone Application: Enables technicians and field teams to perform the required procedures, update work status, complete checklists, and fulfill customer requests directly from the field.
